Mr. Mubeen Khalid joined IAS in 1988 as lecturer at department of Public Administration, the former name of IAS. He did M.Com. from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab with distinction. He has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting from the same college. He enjoys a vast and diverse experience of teaching variety of courses in the areas of Accounting, Finance and Management to regular and executive programs being offered at IAS. He has also served as visiting faculty member in the department of Economics and IER. In terms of academic management, he is an active member of different official committees and often worked as acting director of Institute of Administrative Sciences. He has done MPhil Management from IAS, PU, Lahore. His thesis was on ‘Governance of Educational Public Private Partnerships operating in Lahore (Punjab)’.
Dr Nighat G.Ansari has obtained her PhD from Utrecht university, Netherlands and currently working as Assistant professor at the Institute of Administrative Sciences(IAS), University of the Punjab. Before that she did her MBA from Quaid-i-Azam University and MPhil from IAS. She has ten years’ experience of working in the corporate sector. She has published her work in various national and international journals and presented papers in International Research Conferences organized by Gender,Work & Organisations (GWO)at Keele University, UK and by Australian Academy of Business Leadership(AABL) at University of Western Sydney,Australia. Her research interests include Organization Behavior and Human Resource Management with a special focus on gender issues.
