Ms. Saima joined IAS in 2000 and working as a PS to Director. She has done her Masters in Education and Urdu. She has 13 years of work experience in administration. She provides support to director’s office through daily management, answering phone calls, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note taking.
Ms. Amna Junaid has done her Masters in Library and Information Sciences From university of the Punjab . She joined IAS in 2018 as a Librarian. Before joining IAS she has 7 years’ experience in Private and Public Sector.
Ms. Zaki has been associated with the institute since 2011. She is a developmental counselor with major interest in Career Development of individuals. She completed her MPhil in Human Development & Family Studies (HDFS) from College of Home Economics – University of the Punjab and holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM). She has undergone five-day Career Counseling and Vocational Guidance training by International Labour Organisation (ILO) in 2012 and a two-day workshop by HEC on Development of Effective & Efficient Career Counselling Centers at Higher Education Institutes of Pakistan (2017). She contributes towards developing and maintaining the external linkages of the institute with professional associations, academic institutions, and private, corporate and civil society organizations. Broadly, she deals with graduate referral & placement services and alumni relations. Being a Certified Trainer by School of Leadership (SoL), she provides trainings on various aspects of personal and professional development and conduct individual counseling & guidance sessions.
Mr. Numan Jaffery has done MSc in Computer Sciences from Punjab University College of Information Technology, University of the Punjab in 2003. Previously, he has served in GC University, Lahore. He joined IAS in 2012 as a Network Administrator. He has 11 years of work experience in the private & public sector. One of his key professional contributions is the institutional website. His areas of expertise are Local Area Network (LAN) Configurations ,Web Development, and Graphic Designing.
