Seminar on “Well-Being at Workplace: An Insider-Outsider Perspective” attended by IAS students

A seminar on “Well-Being at Workplace: An Insider-Outsider Perspective” was held on April 24, 2025, at the University of the Punjab, Lahore. The event was presided over by the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali (T.I & S.I).

The seminar featured Dr. Zahoor Ahmed, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, as the distinguished guest speaker. His insightful address offered a unique blend of global perspectives and practical insights on workplace well-being, with a particular emphasis on stress management techniques and fostering a positive organizational culture.

The event was attended by students of the Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS) under the supervision of Students’ Advisor (IAS), Dr. Aisha Rizwan. The students actively participated in an interactive session, exploring practical strategies for maintaining mental wellness and resilience at work, making the seminar both thought-provoking and enriching.

IAS is thankful to Prof. Dr. Mehboob Hussain, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, for providing its students with this valuable opportunity for learning and meaningful engagement.
