Congratulations to Ms Urwa Nawaz (MPhil) on defending her thesis at a Viva Voce on 08-10-2024 at Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS) – University of the Punjab, Lahore.
The research thesis was supervised by Prof Dr Kashif Rathore (Director and Chair Board of Examiners) and evaluated by Dr Rab Nawaz Lodhi, as External Examiner.
The title of the research thesis is, “Influence of Transformational Leadership on Collaborative Conflict Management in IT Companies in Pakistan”.
