Congratulations to Ms. Syeda Lalarukh (MPA) on successfully defending her thesis at a Viva Voce on 4th July 2025 at the Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS) – University of the Punjab, Lahore.
The research thesis was supervised by Dr. Ghalib Ata and evaluated by Dr. Shabana Naveed as External Examiner.
