Congratulations to Ms Mehwish (MS-HRM) on defending her thesis at a Viva Voce on 09-10-2024 at Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS) – University of the Punjab, Lahore.

The title of the research thesis is, “The impact of compulsory citizenship behavior and workplace ostracism on the job satisfaction level of IT employees through facade of conformity and person-organization fit; moderated by Organization Based Self-Esteem.”
