Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS) is providing facilities for training of officers/officials of Directorate General of Training and Research (Customs, Regional Office Lahore), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with effect from 11 April 2017 for a period of two months. There are above 100 participants for this training that are new appointees including evaluation officers, inspectors and Intelligence officers. Ms. Rubina Wasti, Director General of Customs T&R, delivered a talk at inaugural session briefing the officials about the training that shall be beneficial for them for field operations, laws and procedures. Mr. Muhammad Zahid – senior faculty member at IAS, Dr. Yaamina Salman, Program Coordinator PhD and faculty member at IAS, Col. Muazzafar Ali – Manager Administration and Ms. Rifat Umbreen Afzal – Asst. Registrar Admin were present at the inaugural ceremony.
