The Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS), University of the Punjab, hosted a recruitment drive by TCL on 15th May 2025 for Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in various domains.
The day-long activity provided students with an excellent opportunity to engage with one of the leading organizations in the industry. The session commenced with an introduction to TCL and its MTO Program, giving participants valuable insights into the company’s vision, culture, and career growth opportunities.
Following the introductory session, students underwent multiple screening stages, including CV reviews, written tests, and interviews.
