Prof. Dr. Kashif Rathore, (Director IAS), delivered the keynote address on “Governance Change & Public Sector Innovation” at the 4th International Conference on Contemporary Issues in Management and Administrative Sciences, held at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) on April 21, 2026.
Following his address, Prof. Dr. Kashif Rathore was presented with a commemorative shield by Mr. Faheem-ur-Rehman Saigol, President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI).
Dr. Adeel Nasir, Head of Department Management Sciences, and Dr. Sobia Hassan, Head of Department Public Administration (LCWU) also graced the occasion.
