Representing University of the Punjab, students of IAS and IBA and Prof. Dr. Kashif Rathore, Director IAS, pose with Ambassador Hamid Asghar Khan, Additional Foreign Secretary (Africa), on the occasion of reception given to visiting Ministers and worthy delegates from African Nations on April 19, 2025, at Pakistan State Guest House, Lahore. Director IAS and students met separately with business delegates from Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Comoros, Ethiopia, Guinea, and other African Nations and discussed business and student/faculty exchange opportunities.
