We congratulate Dr. Kashif Rathore – Assistant Professor, on taking responsibility as Incharge Director at Institute of Administrative Sciences – University of the Punjab. Dr. Kashif received his MPA degree from IAS and PhD from University of Birmingham, UK. He teaches Organization Theory and Design, Research Methods, Organization Change & Development, and Comparative Administration. His areas of research interest include leadership, citizen participation, community development, entrepreneurship, organizational learning and innovation. Dr. Rathore has extensive experience of professional programs coordination and managing student affairs.
