The Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS) proudly celebrated the achievements of its graduating students at the Graduation Ceremony held on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The event brought together graduates, faculty, families, and distinguished guests for a memorable day of recognition and accomplishment.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, creating a dignified and inspiring start to the proceedings.
In his welcome address, Prof. Dr. Kashif Rathore, Director of IAS, extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests, faculty, and graduates. He highlighted the institute’s achievements, shared its progress, and unveiled future plans aligned with the university’s vision and the challenges of a globalized world. Dr. Kashif Rathore thanked the VC, Prof Dr. Muhammad Ali (S.I & T.I) without whose leadership IAS would not have been able to achieve the current pedestal of success. He also expressed his gratitude to the organizing team of the event, led by Dr. Sajid Nazir, Program Coordinator, for their dedicated efforts in making the ceremony a success.

Following the formal addresses, degrees and awards were conferred upon the graduates, celebrating their perseverance and achievements. Shields were presented to the distinguished guests as tokens of gratitude and appreciation for their presence and support.
Dr. Ahmed Islam (Registrar, University of the Punjab), Mr. Tasneem Kamran (Treasurer, University of the Punjab) and Prof. Dr. Sobia Khurram (Director, Confucius Institute, University of the Punjab) also graced the occasion.
The event was moderated by Dr. Sidra Irfan, Dr. Amani Moazzam, Dr. Aisha Rizwan, Dr. Zahra Ishtiaq Paul, Dr. Ahmed Usman, Ms. Iman Saleem, Dr. Tayyab Ali Khan and Dr. Syed Sohaib Zubair, whose efforts ensured a smooth and memorable program.
