A Guest Speaker Session was conducted featuring *Mr. Farhan Shabbir*, Chief Innovation Officer at Innovation World, who delivered an insightful talk on “*Role of AI in HR and Market Trends*.” The session was organized by *Ms. Shiza Kazmi* (PhD Scholar, IAS & Lecturer, UMT) for the 7th Semester HR Specialization students on 21st November 2025, Friday at 9:00 AM. The students greatly benefited from valuable practical perspectives on AI-driven strategies, talent acquisition, and employee retention practices.
