IAS proudly hosted a dynamic and high-impact training session for MS-HRM (evening) 2nd Semester students led by Mr. Wasif Mazhar — HR Architect, Lead Trainer, and Founder of Make It Happen – Global, a GIG-based HR & Organizational Development company operating across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
Organized by Ms. Kiran Faheem (Visiting Faculty & PhD Scholar, IAS) for her Talent Management class participants, the session delivered actionable insights on modern HR TM practices, organizational transformation and professional readiness. With real industry lessons and scenario-driven discussions, students gained valuable exposure to the evolving landscape of talent acquisition and retention in today’s workplace making it an inspiring and truly enriching learning experience.
