Dr. Amir Saeed received his Bachelor degree from Government College, Lahore, MPA from Dept. of Admin Sc., Univ. of the Punjab, Lahore, and PhD from University of Utrecht in the field of Governance and Management. He has taught an array of courses at multiple levels including Governance, Public Administration and Development, Governance context of Public Sector Organizations, Public policy, Philosophy of social sciences, Economic & political history of Pakistan, OTB, Management Research. His areas of research are governance, Public Policy, Public Administration, Public sector Reforms in Pakistan.
