Dr. Madiha Waheed Malik is a Gold Medalist and academic with a PhD in Administrative Sciences from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab. She has extensive teaching experience at the University of the Punjab, FAST-NUCES, the University of Management and Technology, and Kinnaird College for Women, where she has delivered core and specialized courses in Management, Human Resource Management, Social and Behavioral Sciences. Her research broadly focuses on human resource management, organizational behavior, careers and workforce development, and contemporary management issues, including employability, diversity, and structural inequalities. She has published in HEC-recognized journals and presented her research at international conferences in the United Kingdom and Spain. She is committed to research-informed teaching, student-centered learning, and developing future business leaders equipped to address contemporary organizational challenges.
