Congratulations to Ms. Narjis Fatima (MPhil Management) on successfully defending her thesis at a Viva Voce held on 2nd December 2025 at the Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS) – University of the Punjab, Lahore.
Her research thesis was supervised by Prof. Dr. Yaamina Salman and evaluated by Dr. Madiha Rehman Farooqui as the External Examiner. Dr Amani Moazzam (Program Coordinator) was also present during the Viva.
Prof. Dr. Kashif Rathore (Director IAS) chaired the Viva Voce Examination.
The title of her research thesis is:
“Assessment of Implementation of HEC’s Policy on Protection Against Sexual Harassment in HEIs (A Case of University of the Punjab).”
