Congratulations to Ms. Mahnoor (MS HRM) on successfully defending her thesis at a Viva Voce on 3rd July 2025 at the Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS) – University of the Punjab, Lahore.
The research thesis was supervised by Dr. Ahmad Usman and evaluated by Dr. Majid Ali as External Examiner.
Prof. Dr. Kashif Rathore (Director IAS) chaired the Viva Voce Examination.
The title of the research thesis is:
“Exploring the Impact of Green HRM Practices on Employee Green Behaviors: with the Mediating Role of Green Self-Efficacy and Moderating Role of Green Transformational Leadership.”
