Mr.Ahmad Nazir is a recipient of two prestigious scholarships; Britannia Chevening
and Hubert Humphrey Fellowship (Fulbright).He did his LLM in International Law
from the University of Nottingham (U.K) and a one year Non-Degree Fellowship in
International Human Rights Law and Development,from the Washington College of
Law,American University,Washington,D.C.He is an ex civil servant of the O.M.G,and
worked with the Government of Pakistan for about eight years.He is an Advocate of
the High Court. He has widely published in leading research journals and national
dailies.
