Ms.Madiha Waheed has Masters in Public Administration with specialization in HRM from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab. She secured third position in her MPA and received merit scholarship. Since 2010, she is associated with IAS as Lecturer and has been teaching subjects like Management, HRM and Behavioral Sciences.She has valuable experience undertaking Key Account Management, planning and training of human resource while working with semigovernment and private sector organizations. She had also served as Lecturer at Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore. Recently she has completed MPhil Management from the Institute of Administrative Sciences,University of the Punjab. Currently she is enrolled in PhD Management at the same. Her research interests’ includes HRM,Organization Theory and Behavior,and Governance and Social policy.
