DareSpark Branding and Marketing Pitch Deck Summit 2021 was held at the Institute of Administration Sciences (IAS), University of the Punjab, Lahore. The summit provided an opportunity to the students from the final semesters of Master of Marketing (MMKT) and BS (Hons) to come up with the creative and innovative new product ideas and devise their branding plans.

Spearheaded by Mr. Adnan Hussain, an Alumnus and visiting faculty member at IAS, Darespark is an academic innovation platform that enables students to apply knowledge and skills inside and outside of the classroom.

This helps them to build novel portfolio pieces thus preparing them for the future work environments. Some of the product ideas presented include plant-based meat, solar-energy car, electric bikes, flat-feet shoes, and goat milk to name a few.

The summit concluded with an award ceremony for winners and runner ups in the presence of Dr. Yaamina Salman, Director IAS and Ms. Sameen Zaki, Assistant Controller Examinations, IAS. Besides, Dr. Kashif Rathore, Assistant Professor at IAS also joined the event.
