Ms.Noor Tariq has completed her Masters of Public Administration (18 years) and BS (Hons.) in Management from IAS. She achieved first position in MPA and third position in BS(Hons.) in Management and was awarded with Merit Scholarship throughout her academic period of six years. She also has corporate experience to her credit and has worked in Sapphire Finishing Mills Ltd.She is currently working on various research projects and is also engaged in different teaching assignments at IAS. Her research interests include Organizational Behavior, HRM, Employee Relations, Diversity Management and Governance.
