Mr. Saqlain joined IAS in 2003.He has done his MSc in Information Technology from University College of Information Technology, University of the Punjab, Lahore. He holds a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft in 2008. Previously, he has served in University Law College, University of the Punjab as a Network Administrator. He has 14 years of work experience in different departments of Punjab University in the field of IT and Networks.He joined University of Punjab in 2000.His major responsibilities include deployment and monitoring of the complete IT network. Now he is pursuing his MS program in computer sciences from Bahria University
