Ms. Kausar did her Masters in English Language & Literature Lahore College for Women University.She started her professional career as lecturer in English in 1979 and taught English Literature and English Language at various colleges of Lahore.She also delivered lectures to Punjab Government Officers at Government of Punjab, Management & Professional Development department. She retired from government service as Associate Professor of English in 2008 and the same year she started teaching Business Communication & Report writing to MBA evening student at Institute of Business Administration (IBA), PU. She also taught Functional English, Business Communication, oral communications and communication skills to BBA students at University of Central Punjab (UCP). Currently she is teaching Advance Writing skills and English Literature & Critical Reasoning at IAS as a member of its visiting faculty
