Mr. Arif has done his MSc. From University of the Punjab. He has also done certifications in computer courses. He joined IAS in 2002 and has an extensive experience of managing the semester activities of graduate programs offered at the institute. Prior to joining IAS, he has served in Accounts Branch, University of the Punjab as a Computer Operator.He deals with the operational activities of graduate programs such as semester planning,timetables,scholarships and student affairs.
