Dr. Sidra Irfan is working as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS). She completed her PhD in Management from the Business School of The University of Edinburgh in 2015. Her doctoral research focused on understanding inter-organisational relationships in public-private partnerships in the education sector of Pakistan. Sidra started her professional career working as an Assistant Registrar at IAS after completing her MPA degree.She was the first female Assistant Registrar in University of the Punjab. She was handpicked out of hundreds of University of the Punjab teaching staff (including much senior professors) to represent the University in China.During her PhD studies she worked as a teaching and research assistant at The University of Edinburgh.As an appreciation of her good teaching she was nominated consecutively for two years for a teaching award by Edinburgh University Students’ Association (EUSA).She is an active academic and has presented her work at many prestigious international conferences. She has also published her research in local and international impact factor journals.
